You’ll find games galore in our Rec Room where a high-top bar overlooks a 75-inch Smart TV, pool table, and sleep sofa. Play some vinyls on our bluetooth soundbar, bust out the karaoke, or pick from dozens of board games and video games!
Dining/Conference Room
This versatile room sits at the 1st Floor Entry to the house, has a 1/2 bathroom attached, and leads directly into the Rec Room. Whether using it for a buffet of takeout, board games on a rainy day, or conference room for co-workers, guests love its convenience and flexibility.
Atrium Garden
The atrium garden provides a sense of calm and relaxation throughout the house, surrounded by windows that provide views from the Master Bedroom, 2nd Bathroom, Kitchen, and Hallways. There are two lounge chairs to enjoy private moments and conversations, perhaps with a good book and/or cup of coffee.
